Fatima Nickahdar is an architecture student from Bahrain, a member of Athar, a design team who won the first place in Fakher landmark design competition, where she designed a landmark that expresses the liberality and advancement of Bahraini women. Her graduation thesis focused on designing a prototype of a smart sustainable neighbourhood for Bahrain, her design experiments aim towards developing positive environmental behaviours and unleashing society advancements. Currently, Fatima is working as a research assistant in the smart sustainable urban-ism lab.
